会计学专业本科生毕业论文的现状、目标与质量控制

从毕业生对毕业论文的态度、毕业论文的写作过程以及毕业论文的效果等3个方面对嘉兴学院2011届会计学专业本科生毕业论文的现状进行了调查。在问卷调查的基础上,提出会计学专业本科生毕业论文的培养目标应定位于注重综合能力的训练以及程序理性思维的培养。分别从前期、中期和后期个阶段构建了会计学专业本科毕业论文的质量控制体系。     

新建本科院校大学生就业问题研究

随着我国高等教育由"精英教育"向"大众教育"的转型,大学生就业压力不断增加,新建本科院校的学生就业工作更是面临严峻挑战。新建本科院校应立足当前就业形势,以市场为导向,培养特色人才,积极探索大学生就业工作新模式,以更好地促进大学生就业。     

Travel for treatment: students' perspective on medical tourism

Medical tourism is the act of travelling abroad for health care. The theory of planned behaviour was used to investigate the medical tourism beliefs of 336 undergraduate students in a basic psychology course at a large midwestern American university. Students did not have positive intentions for mere willingness to seek more information about travelling to a developing country to receive medical treatment. An educational intervention is necessary to help promote travel for medical treatment. The intervention may include educating people on the availability of quality health care, highly trained competent doctors and the ability to vacation and see another country. 当代大学生上网问题分析及引导策略研究

随着社会的快速发展,网络的社会影响力越来越大。与此同时,网络对大学生的＂双刃剑＂作用也越来越突出。网络方便了大学生的学习和生活,开阔了大学生的视野,但是也让部分大学生因沉迷于网络而荒废学业,甚至有些学生因此患上了严重的心理及生理方面疾病。因此,主要分析,目前大学生上网行为以及如何正确引导、规范网络道德,并希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。     

Natural selection and rational decision: two concepts of optimization

There are two different kinds of optimization: “selection” and “rationality” optimization. Selection optimization characterizes competition in human and nonhuman societies sharing the same market or niche. “Rationality optimization”, on the other hand, characterizes human and nonhuman decision making processes. The two kinds of optimization generate the same result: agents end up behaving efficiently. Nonetheless, we should not downplay the differences between the two kinds of optimization. Otherwise, we would fail to capture the role of rationality in the development of the organism and possibly its implication for evolution.

黑龙江省高等农业院校培养学生独立思考能力对策研究

独立思考能力的培养是学习过程中的资源整合,独立思考能力的强弱能够反映出学生学习能力与沟通协作能力的好坏。本科教学的课程中应多设置些能够培养和训练学生独立思考能力的课程及实践,使得学生有机会去思考、发现问题,探索解决问题的多种途径。     

内蒙古地区本科三批学生教育消费满意度研究

本文通过对内蒙古某高校105名本科三批学生进行问卷调查,以所得数据对内蒙古地区本科三批学生教育消费满意度问题做了初步分析.根据学校形象、教学服务、图书馆服务、学生支持与服务、校园文化、后勤服务六大维度构建本科三批学生教育消费满意度指标体系,问卷设计采用Likert5点量表法并运用SPSS软件对数据进行处理.分析结论为内蒙古地区对本科三本学生提供的教育服务有待改进,本文在分析原因后提出了相应的改进建议.     

Local Officials＇ Incentives and China＇s Economic Growth： Tournament Thesis Reexamined and Alternative Explanatory Framework

To explain China's dramatic economic growth, researchers have proposed a “tournament thesis.” According to this thesis, the central government's ability to set growth targets has played a crucial role in growth since political promotion is largely based on local economic growth. We use provincial officials' career mobility data to test this thesis. For both time periods (1979–1995 and 1979–2002), economic performance, measured in annual, average and relative terms, did not affect these officials' career advancement. We then sketch an alternative analytical framework to explain Chinese local officials' strong urge for developmentalism and, finally, draw policy implications from this explanatory framework.     

中国大学生结构性失业机理与应对——基于贝弗里奇曲线

利用贝弗里奇曲线,从产业结构调整、就业观念、职业搜寻效率以及大学生特殊群体特征等四方面,系统剖析我国大学毕业生结构性失业的内在机理,进而从“拓展经济需求以促进就业”和“提供人才供给以适应市场”两方面采取措施,实现人力资源最优配置.     

非全日制MBA论文质量影响因素及提升路径研究

当前研究生培养实践过程中存在着相对忽视非全日制MBA学位论文的现状。各种影响因素叠加,导致非全日制MBA学位论文质量出现诸多问题。通过分析非全日制MBA论文质量现状和影响因素,提出对策建议,包括建立健全招生选拔制度、完善导师培训和考核、完善高校培养模式、加强论文质量监管力度、健全社会支持体系等,进而提高研究生教育培养质量。
